SUMMER STREAM SERIES
Autumn is a variety streamer, disability advocate, and four-time heart surgery patient living with rare heart conditions, including Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome (WPW) and POTS. Through gaming and storytelling, Autumn creates an inclusive community while raising awareness about the realities of living with rare disease.
